I've no idea what to put in this bit!

Hi, my name is John and I am 47 years old. I work as a woodwork instructor for adults with learning difficulties and live in New Milton, Hampshire. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 41 and have written a book on my experiences. I've just looked at the useful tips and the craziest thing i've ever done is probably spent vasts amount of money on stupid things because i was on a massive high! I have been taking meds to try and balance the highs and lows for about 4 years now and in general, I would say they are working very well. For my age I would say that I am in good shape and always try and find the positive and funny side of things. I have 3 children: 2 boys (23 and 21) and a daughter (12) all from my wife whom I seperated from 6 years ago. The things I value the most in people is respect and common courtesy and a sense of humour. I'll be honest, I feel uncomfortable doing this, I am usually the sort of person who likes to meet up face to face and in the usual enviroments but thought "why not?"
